Comments / Discussion app

The comments/discussion app is used to add user comments to a page.

To enable the app on a page, just put [ %& /comments/list % ] at the bottom of the page.

This can be enabled on a group of pages, or even on the entire site, by putting the above call in the site wrapper page.  To better support whole-site comments, if a page's disable_comments field returns true, /comments/list will not do anything.

The stylesheet for comments is attached to the /comments page.
