Should change to jquery.

jquery has better photo albums

• DONE: minicalendar js needs updated
• DONE: tablekit replacement
• obsolete: images.xml  (still has some prototype for highlights -- convert to css?)
• DONE: /rcs/history.xml
• also anything using prototype tablekit.js
