DONE* delete rename on upload textbox - it confuses users

OK* start with attachments page.  images.xml is too complicated

OK* upload via attach action

working* popup should be identical, except for (implied?) nowrap, and Select button

OK* do not need global images directory

DONE* need select button when called from tinymce (but don't need link back to page)

DONE* a rename button would be nice

DONE* a delete button is required

DONE* viewing should be done how? using jquery.fancybox

     * might be better to do it without fancybox.  (maybe replace list with preview?)
